How to Doodle a Television
Begin by doodling a rectangle in the middle of your page. Next, doodle a slightly larger rectangle around the original rectangle. Make sure that the spacing between the two rectangles is consistent from top to bottom and left to right.
Time now to doodle the base of your television set. Do this using straight lines. Pay particular attention to the angles, spacing, and length of the lines to make sure that everything is kept in proper proportion.
Doodle a blob on your television screen. This will give the impression that the television has a reflective surface. Also, doodle the right side of your television set to give it a three-dimensional look and feel.
Add some final touches to your television set by adding some shading. Shade using short straight lines. Pay particular attention to keep the spacing between the lines consistent.
The final step is to add some color to your doodle. Use a light blue color for the reflective glass of your television set. And for the frame and base of the television, use different shades of the same color. There are no strict rules here. Feel free to experiment a little with various types of colors.
