How to Doodle an Opportunity

Step 1

If someone asked you to visualize an OPPORTUNITY, what would you draw? Here, we would need to visually represent something valuable that is within our reach. Let’s give it a go. Begin your doodle by drawing a straight line with a spiral at each end.

Step 2

Hanging down from this spiraled line, draw seven straight vertical lines of different lengths. Then at the end of each line, draw a diamond shape. Notice how one of the lines is far longer than the others. This will become a significant piece of our opportunity doodle.

Step 3

Below the diamond shapes, draw an oval shape. This oval shape will represent the head of our doodle character. Notice how the oval shape has been placed to the left of the lowest diamond.

Step 4

Let’s now show that our doodle character is reaching out for the lowest diamond. Use straight lines and small oval shapes to draw the body of our doodle character. Notice how the back is a little arched. Notice also how the knees as slightly bent.

Step 5

Add the finishing touches to your doodle by giving it some color. And for that extra effect, add several straight lines around the middle diamond. This highlights the idea that it is shining and instantly increases its value. 🙂 And there we have it. This is our visual representation of an OPPORTUNITY.
