How to Doodle an Ironing Board

Step 1

To begin with doodle a shape that looks like Pinocchio’s nose in the middle of your page. 🙂 Yes, this will eventually become an ironing board, but first, have some fun with it. 🙂

Step 2

Now, add a 3D effect to Pinocchio’s nose as shown in the image below. Be sure to follow the curves of the lines and to keep the distances between the lines even.

Step 3

The next step is to give your ironing board a couple of legs. Use straight lines to represent the legs. Be sure to show in your doodle that one leg overlaps the other leg.

Step 4

Now, stabilize your ironing board legs by adding a couple of leg stands to your doodle. Use a combination of a circle and lines.

Step 5

The final step is to add some color to your doodle. Use either different shades of the same color or complementary colors. You could even add a pattern to the top of your ironing board to give it some character. 🙂
