How to Doodle Facts

Step 1

If someone asked you to doodle a FACT, what would you draw? How about we start by drawing an oval in the top third of your page. This will become the head of a very simple icon for a person.

Step 2

Let’s now doodle the person’s body. To do this, use three lines two slightly curved lines for the left and right side of the body. Then another line for the base of the body. Notice in the example how the left and right lines curve inwards to become the neck of our character.

Step 3

We will now show our character talking. To do this, let’s draw a box-shape with a v-shape pointing toward the head area of our character. This will become somewhat of a talking bubble or box.

Step 4

To represent the idea that this character is talking about FACTS, fill in the talking box with ticks, crosses, and squiggly lines as shown within the example.

Step 5

Now add the finishing touches to your FACTS doodle by giving it some color. This is just one doodle representation of FACTS. How many other ways can you think to draw FACTS?
