How to Doodle a Toaster

Step 1

Begin by doodling the front of your toaster. Use a combination of an arc and a line for this purpose. Angle your line at about 20 percent to get the desired effect as seen in the example below.

Step 2

Use another arc and line shape to doodle the body of the toaster. This will give your toaster 3-dimensions.

Step 3

Next, use a combination of an oval and arc shape to doodle the push down handle of your toaster.

Step 4

Now use a set of elongated arc shapes to doodle the slits on top of your toaster. Make sure the slits are wide enough to fit your toast. Use a couple more arc shapes for the slit that will allow your handle to lift and lower.

Step 5

The final step is to give your toaster a little color. Use either complimentary colors or different shades of the same color. If you’re feeling creative, you can even doodle a piece of toast on a place beside the toaster. 🙂
