How to Doodle Magic
Step 1
If someone asked you to visualize MAGIC, what would you draw? How about a top hat and a magic wand? This seems like a great representation of MAGIC. To begin your doodle. Draw a couple of elongated oval shapes in the middle of your page. This will become the opening of your top hat which will be lying upside-down.
Step 2
Next, doodle the top section of your top hat using a three-sided rectangular shape. Notice the size, length, and width of this shape.
Step 3
Now, let’s doodle our magic wand. Use an elongated rectangular shape to draw your magic wand. Then add a straight line near the top of the wand. Notice the angle of the wand in relation to the top hat within the example.
Step 4
To show that there is a little magic here, let’s draw three stars above the magic wand. Within the example, I drew 5-pointed stars. You can, of course, draw 4-pointed stars or even draw your stars in a very different way. Feel free to experiment with this.
Step 5
Finish off your MAGIC doodle by giving it some color. And there we have it. This is our visual representation of MAGIC that we can use as part of our visual notes. How many other visual ways can you think of to represent magic?
